We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unused, with tags where applicable, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, email contact@novetty.com with your order number. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order when you receive it. Contact us right away if an item is defective, damaged or incorrect so we can make it right. Include photos where possible.
Exceptions
Items that have been used, damaged by the customer or returned after 30 days are not eligible for a refund.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get a different item is to return the one you have. Once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and tell you whether the refund was approved. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take extra time to post the refund.
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged, defective or incorrect.
